Please note that your booking will be firm only after the payment of a deposit of € 250.00 (depending on the length of your stay) within two (2) weeks.

For all reservations from  01.12.2020 are the following cancellation fees: 

- until 1 month befor arrival, no costs
- until 14 days before arrival,  40% of the total agreed price
- until 1 week before arrival,  70 % of the total argreed price
- 1 until 7 days before arrival, 90 % of the total argreed price
- now show -  100% of the total agreed price

In the event of an official border or accommodation closure, you will receive the amount of the deposit as a holiday voucher (valid for 3 years).

If you fall ill with Corona, are tested positive, have to be in quarantine because of a sick relative, we recommend Hotel Storno Plus from Europäische Travel Insurrance, which among this things covers these cases despite the pandemic.

Normal Cancellation Fees: 

5.5 The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without be- ing liable to pay a cancellation fee.

5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommo- dation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:<br/&g

• 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;

• 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;

• 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
